Peak ARE Community Sponsorship Program - 2023
A record-breaker!
The 2023 round of the Peak ARE Community Sponsorship Program received a record number of applications and will deliver around twenty thousand dollars in funding and in-kind services to support community organisations.
Peak ARE is local North Queensland business, build on hard work, passion and commitment to each other, our customers and our community.
We’re incredibly grateful for the support the Townsville community has given us over the years, and our Community Sponsorship Program is our way of acknowledging that support and giving back.
Each year, as part of our Community Sponsorship Program, we put out the call to local sporting groups or not-for-profit organisations needing a little extra support to help them do even greater things in our community.
This year applicants ranged from, sporting organisations, to musical clubs, community events and not-for-profits supporting those less fortunate.
Our team would like to thank all of those who applied for their interest and effort they invested. We’ve taken some time to consider each of the applications carefully and, though it was incredibly tough, we have selected the following five successful applicants:
