With our current team of 70 staff, Peak ARE specialise in the delivery of Commercial and Industrial, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Electrical Services employing an all-inclusive methodology in the delivery of our works, with a strong reputation in being able to deliver expert results in the design, construction, commissioning and servicing of all key areas within the Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) industry.

About the role:

As a result of ongoing growth, we are now seeking a reliable and motivated Administrator, focusing on our Service HVAC Department within our Organisation Structure, on a permanent, full-time basis.  Experience in general Administration is required.

Expected Job Tasks & Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Carry out Service Administrator with any HVAC Service Schedule Maintenance works and tasks
• Assist Service Administrators with any HVAC Service Breakdown/Reactive works and tasks
• Carry out Service Administrator with any Electrical Service Scheduled Maintenance and reactive works tasks
• Carry out Service Administrator Sales tasks
• Assist with QA Documentation, As Builds/Manuals
• Maintain professional interaction with field techs and staff
• Maintain professional and friendly relationships with Clients and Suppliers
